Q: Does PLAN have a subscription fee?
No. PLAN is a free service to residents in the City of Los Angeles. It is paid for by federal grant funding.
Q: Does my PLAN profile expire?
Not exactly. However, you must update or confirm you correctness of your PLAN information every 6 months. If your account does not show activity for a period over 9 months, it will be deactivated. You can reactivate your account up to 12 month of inactivity by logging in. After 12 months you will have set up a new PLAN profile.
